Fanshawe Conservation Area Engagement Session | Sara & Shane
It was the perfect early fall day. The weather was warm, and Fanshawe Conservation Area was covered with the most gorgeous pre-sunset glow. It’s what we, photographers, call “The Golden Hour,” and the exact reason why I like to save engagement sessions for the evening. It was the perfect set-up for the most romantic engagement session… Until the jets started roaring above our heads!
Yes, you raid that right – jets. As timing would have it, Sara and Shane’s engagement session was on the same night that the London Air Show started, and with the airport being just on the other side of the park, it definitely made for an interesting time! There were moments where we couldn’t even yell at each other over the roar of the plane engines, but one of my favourite things about these photos, is that you truly would never even know. These two were so in the moment. Every shot is filled with this quiet passion, and the outcome just looks so romantic and peaceful.
I can’t wait to be reunited with them in March for their wedding at Bellamere Winery!
