Thanksgiving 2016 was a double-wedding-weekend, and it was so wonderful getting to spend the Sunday with such a wonderful couple and their amazing group of family and friends! On a day that’s normally spent spending time with your family and friends, it was so nice being welcomed by everyone like we were their family for the day too :)
Kim and AJ decided to put their own spin on the indoor atrium space for their ceremony, and stood in the window space with an absolutely stunning floral arrangement hanging over their heads (made by the ever-talented Patzee’s Floral Scapes). As their ceremony got underway, Kim and AJ were both smiling from ear to ear the entire time. There were personal touches and inside jokes that had them laughing and you could easily see just how truly happy these two really were on their wedding day!
Another great part about their day was the way they decided to arrange the reception, and it’s perfect for any brides who are looking to do things in a non-traditional way! Kim and AJ decided that they wanted to have a small and intimate ceremony and reception dinner with only their family and closest friends. After dinner and speeches were finished, a second round of guests began arriving to join the newlyweds and celebrate the night away! So, they decided to save their grand “entrance” and dances until after that so make sure that everyone could share in these moments with them :)
Thank you both so much, Kim and AJ, for being so wonderful to work with and for including me in such an important day in your lives!
