Alice & Family

| An Extended Family Session at Civic Gardens |

If I had one client who really took the brunt of COVID-19’s shutdown here at LIBP, it was Alice, and she could not have been more wonderful throughout the entire experience. I’ll truly be forever thankful for that!!

We were originally scheduled to do this extended family session back in April, and I think we rescheduled a total of 4 or 5 times before we were finally able to meet up at Civic Gardens. And though I wish the chaos of COVID had never happened, I do have to say that the session was well worth the wait! The park was absolutely beautiful with glowing summer light, we had perfect weather, and everyone’s spirits were radiating. It brought the most unique excitement to my first weekend back behind the camera that I wish was always there!

And it was so nice to see Alice and her family again, who I met a couple years ago as a family of four. They’ve added one more to their bunch since then, and this time they brought Alice’s whole family along too! I loved getting to spend time getting to know everyone, and letting the kids show me around with so much excitement about sticks and “lady bug rocks”. Sessions are so much more than just taking photos and I love every second of it!
